Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support with the end-to-end process of applying to jobs. This role involves researching opportunities, customizing application materials, submitting applications, and tracking progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with a strong understanding of modern job search practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research job openings that match the specified background, skills, and preferences
  • Fill out online job applications accurately and efficiently
  • Track submitted applications and follow up where appropriate
  • Assist with preparing for interviews (e.g., scheduling, sending reminders, compiling information)
  • Monitor job boards, LinkedIn, and other employment platforms for new opportunities
  • Communicate regularly

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, recruiting, career coaching, or related roles preferred
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with job application platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company career sites, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Expected 5-10hrs/week to start @ $15/hr
