Shareholder Derivative Litigation Associate (Philadelphia, PA)
Experience level : Class of '25; or Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience.
Compensation: Compensation consists of market rate base salary and quantitative performance bonuses throughout the year as well as a discretionary year-end bonus. Bonus structure provides substantial upside potential for an aggressive, ambitious lawyer. Full benefits package.
