Job Title: Caregiver for Teen with Autism (Afternoons)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a caring and dependable caregiver to support a 15-year-old female with non-verbal autism in the afternoons. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with teens and has a calm, compassionate presence. You’ll help create a structured and engaging environment tailored to her needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care and supervision
Assist with routines, activities, and transitions
Encourage communication using gestures, visuals, or assistive devices
Maintain a calm, structured, and safe atmosphere
Follow care strategies provided by the family or therapists
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with autism or non-verbal individuals (preferred, not required)
Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
Own transportation required
Schedule:
Afternoons needed (exact hours discussed during interview)
