Location:  York, PA | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Reports To:  Directly to Doceo's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Compensation:  Base Salary ($50k–$75k) + Uncapped Commission (First-year earning potential $80k–$120k)

The Opportunity

As a  Commercial Printing Advisor , you'll drive meaningful growth in our thriving Commercial Printing Division. This dynamic sales role is designed for someone excited about proactively engaging potential clients and strategically managing relationships to expand our customer base. You'll offer customized outsourced printing and direct mail solutions, leveraging Doceo's extensive resources, including creative design, print production, finishing, binding, and mailing capabilities.

Commercial printing services include, but are not limited to:

• Brochures and flyers
• Invoices and financial documents
• Welcome packets for new clients
• Onboarding packets for new employees
• Benefits guides and healthcare packets
• Postcards and direct mail campaigns
• Posters, banners, and signage
• Newsletters and promotional materials
• Custom marketing collateral
• Complete creative-to-mail solutions (including finishing and binding), and so much more

What You'll Do:

• Prospect & Secure New Business:  Identify, engage, and secure new commercial printing clients through daily outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Consultative Selling:  Understand clients' print needs and offer tailored solutions covering design, production, finishing, binding, and direct mailing.
•   Manage & Grow Accounts:  Cultivate client relationships, identify additional service opportunities, and strategically upsell. Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the CRM, including appointment notes, account details, and ongoing interactions to ensure seamless management.
• Strategic Planning:  Collaborate directly with leadership to drive division growth and excellence. Collaborate effectively with the broader Commercial Printing team, as well as with advisors from Doceo's other divisions including IT, Print Technology, and Marketing Services to ensure integrated client solutions and optimal outcomes.

Your Background & Skills:

• Proven Sales Experience:  Demonstrated track record in commercial printing or a closely related industry, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
•   Proactive Networker:  Skilled in proactively building and maintaining relationships, consistently engaging with clients, and actively identifying opportunities.
• Highly Organized:  Strong organizational and follow-up skills to effectively manage your sales pipeline and client interactions.
• Tech-Savvy:  Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•   Exceptional Communicator:  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional & Driven:  Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a commitment to achieving results.
