Project Management Office Director – Houston, TX – Up to $180k DOE

The Role

• Align project management efforts with business goals and drive productivity
• Develop governance frameworks and standardize processes
• Ensure coordination across departments and stakeholders
• Introduce effective methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency
• Track project costs and assess business risks
• Mentor and train teams to build a high performing team

• Experienced in setting up new and strong processes to keep projects running
• Strong leadership experience – you can manage teams, influence key stakeholders, and get people on board with new ways of working
