Summary : We are looking for eCommerce Strategy Manager to join the PMO & Strategic Planning and deliver meaningful insights in LG's D2C business, working in a collaborative working environment.

The individual must have at least 8+ years’ experience in business strategic planning with experience leading teams and ability to analyze and establish business strategy to contribute to D2C business growth based upon customer experience enhancement and digital technology capabilities They must be a self-starter and a problem solver with a high aptitude for critical thinking. Must be comfortable finding pain points of customers and reading trend of market and shouldn't be afraid to roll up their sleeves to make jobs done. Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational ecosystem with ease is necessary.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business performance across digital channels (e.g., website, marketplace, paid media).
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards that align with eCommerce goals.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analytics and market research.
  • Create compelling and visually engaging presentations for senior leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales, customer behavior, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, operations, and IT teams to align strategy.
  • Partner with finance and BI teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, or channels to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct competitive and customer analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize website performance and conversion.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, product launches, or platform migrations.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Min 8+ years eCommerce business strategic experience. Must have experience managing various types of analysis and reporting, with some eCommerce sales operation or marketing experience

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and Korean bilingual capability is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Trello, Confluence, Jira, G-sheet, and Airtable is a plus
  • Working experience in consulting firm, digital marketing agency and e-Commerce environment is a plus
  • Working knowledge in demand generation, performance marketing and cross teams marketing initiatives such as CRO is a plus
  • Experience in benefit realization management, including defining, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on project/program benefits, is a plus

Education :

  1. BA/BS required. MBA/Masters is a plus
