Due to recent business expansion, our clients are seeking individuals who enjoy interpersonal interactions and working collaboratively. As a Business Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to acquire and refine skills essential for a successful career in business operations. During the paid training period, trainees will focus on developing marketing and sales strategies, client acquisition techniques, and leadership capabilities. Please note: This position requires in-person attendance in Fort Myers and we are seeking candidates who are willing to commute. As an entry-level role within our company, we welcome those eager to gain experience in a professional work environment to submit their applications.

Responsibilities:

• Attend regular client training meetings to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products.
• Establish new customer accounts and ensure the maintenance of existing accounts.
• Efficiently plan and execute goals in collaboration with management to meet team sales objectives.
• Actively engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients to uphold brand reputation.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
• Train and develop new representatives.
