Event Assistant | Immediate Start

Location: On-site, Tampa, FL

Full-time, Annual OTE $55,000 - $60,000

Water-City Blazeis, a leader in the events and marketing industry, is expanding its dynamic events team and seeking passionate individuals to join its growing team. You will collaborate with a talented group of professionals, assisting customers to find the right products and services while driving successful events.

No prior events experience is required, though we’re looking for candidates with a strong background in customer-facing roles. Whether you're a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career or an experienced professional looking to gain exposure to the events and marketing space, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Event Setup & Execution: Coordinate and maintain promotional event sites, ensuring seamless operations.
• POS Material Management: Organize and manage Point of Sale materials to support event success.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful connections.
• Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed client and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
