Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated administrative person to manage Finance and Accounting in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, bookkeeping, analytical, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while to ensure the organization's financial health and integrity. We are seeking candidates who are available to start on or after May 1st, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting specific to the motorbike industry.
• Working closely with Sales on issuing invoicing, crediting and payments to vendors and clients.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.
