We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration (3 days a week) and remote flexibility, located in Denver, CO . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs and developing interactive front-end features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of healthcare-related software applications, ensuring seamless functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of front-end solutions, with a focus on user experience for healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
  • Develop and maintain front-end code using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft tech stack (e.g., ASP.NET, C#, and Azure).
  • Translate UX/UI design wireframes and prototypes into clean, scalable, and responsive front-end code.
  • Continuously test and improve the user experience by collaborating with the product team to refine features based on user feedback.
  • Ensure the consistency, accessibility, and overall usability of web applications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a direct report, fostering their professional growth and contributing to team success.
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for front-end development.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in front-end development, UX/UI design, and healthcare technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX Front-End Developer or in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and Microsoft tech stack (ASP.NET, C#).
  • Experience with healthcare software applications and an understanding of industry standards.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or similar).
  • Experience working in an agile development environment .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud technologies , specifically Azure .
  • Background in healthcare software development and understanding of healthcare-related regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience managing a small team or direct report.
