Big Think Capital, the #1 online alternative financing marketplace, is growing our tech team! We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building scalable applications, solving real business problems, and being part of a team that treats each other like family.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Technology and cross-functional departments to support business initiatives, develop internal and customer-facing applications, and help push the company forward through smart, scalable development practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code integrity, organization, and follow best practices for testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and sprint meetings.
• Support integration of third-party APIs and internal systems, including CRM, analytics tools, and automation platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, or similar languages and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
• 2-3 years of professional development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Salesforce, APEX, MuleSoft, or other CRM integrations.
