HR Coordinator (Hybrid – Wilmington, MA)

Full-Time | Permanent | $55,000–$70,000 + 5% Bonus

We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join a growing team based in Wilmington, MA . This is a hybrid position (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) that offers an exciting opportunity to support a rapidly expanding organization during a time of transformation.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will play a key role in supporting core HR functions and day-to-day operations. From talent acquisition coordination to employee engagement initiatives, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and wants to contribute to meaningful HR work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in talent acquisition, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Assist with HR data entry and reporting from the HRIS (Paylocity implementation in progress)
  • Support employee relations initiatives for hourly and entry-level staff
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
  • Coordinate employee engagement events and team-building activities
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of HR experience or a strong administrative background with exposure to HR functions
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paylocity or other HRIS a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
