Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Cartersville, GA

Pay: 60-70k

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a consultative partner to department leaders by addressing employee concerns, managing employee relations matters, and offering HR guidance on company policies and practices.
  • Support efforts around talent development and performance management to reinforce a high-performing, engaged team culture.
  • Collaborate with recruiting partners throughout the hiring process, from interview coordination to offer delivery and onboarding support.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment by building strong relationships with team members and contributing to morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee issues with objectivity and discretion.
  • Stay informed of employment laws and HR compliance standards, and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation.
  • Help communicate and interpret HR policies for clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating employee experience initiatives and events.
  • Drive HR process improvements and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Support ongoing and new people initiatives aligned with company values and goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • 2–3 years of generalist experience in a human resources or people operations capacity
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Broad knowledge of HR functions including performance management, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced or uncertain environments
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting needs
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a hands-on and adaptable approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems such as ADP is beneficial
