Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 Months (To cover a Leave of Absence; potential for extension and/or full time conversion)

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (onsite role)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (standard day shift hours)

Pay Range: $25 to $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement Committee.
• Posting open positions; supporting recruitment.
• Provide weekly onboarding.
• Managing Employee Relations issues.
• Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce Turnover.

Your Profile:

• High School Diploma/GED required; a college degree in HR, Management, Business, or other relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in Manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
• Understanding of employee life cycle.
• Employee Relations experience.
