This role plays a critical part in ensuring potential clients receive prompt, compassionate service and that high-quality leads are efficiently transitioned to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, online forms, and other communication channels.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to assess the details and viability of personal injury cases.
• Supervise a team of Intake Specialists, ensuring performance goals and client service standards are met.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to support team development.
• Oversee and continuously refine the intake process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review completed intakes to evaluate case potential and escalate promising leads to attorneys.
• Maintain strong knowledge of personal injury law and related case types to effectively screen and evaluate new cases.
• Ensure intake staff ask the right questions while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Implement intake best practices to streamline workflows and improve conversion rates.
• Regularly update intake scripts, forms, and guidelines to reflect evolving firm practices and legal standards.
• Ensure proper data entry and documentation in the firm’s case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless handoff from intake to the legal department.
• Contribute to strategy meetings focused on improving intake operations and lead generation.
• Perform administrative tasks and participate in special projects as needed.
