Position: Junior Project Manager

Location : N. Dallas - Hybrid

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview

As a key member of the Account Management team, the Junior Project Manager ensures proper coordination of internal and external resources to produce, deliver, and assist in the process of installs, budgets, and the industry’s highest quality standards in areas of print, custom fabrication & visual installations. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent multi-tasking, time management, and the ability to work effectively while under pressure. This position ensures proper alignment of production and manufacturing expertise to meet schedules, quality and budget goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate effective planning and execution across design, production, and installation teams to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
  • Oversee a high volume of projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring everything meets deadlines, budgets, and exact specifications.
  • Create estimates, generate purchase orders, and manage invoices to keep projects on track financially.
  • Support your client team in managing and cultivating one of the agency’s top accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and external vendors, streamlining communication and building strong, meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time delivery by fostering collaboration, solving problems proactively, and keeping a laser focus on quality and precision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project management or similar role, ideally in a creative, design, or production environment.
  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably in visual merchandising, store design/construction or fixture development.
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, especially in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
