Position Overview:

CDS Development is seeking an entry level Development Analyst to join our Dallas office. In this role, you will support the Development Manager in overseeing the daily operations of various development projects for our clients nationwide. Your responsibilities will include managing and documenting project schedules for commercial real estate site development, conducting due diligence research, and overseeing permit management from site identification through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all facets of day-to-day development projects.
• Document and maintain schedules for multiple commercial real estate site development initiatives.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and manage the permit process.
• Analyze architectural plans, construction drawings, and jurisdictional requirements to assess site feasibility.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports for clients.
• Proactively identify potential issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Understand and comply with existing processes while being aware of construction conditions that may impact costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
