Job Description

Location: Boston Metro, MA | 2 remote days per week

Salary Range: $70K-$85K | Bonus Eligible | Non-exempt

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 | Occasional Overtime

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm recently awarded by Best Lawyers , is adding a Multimedia Design Specialist to its high-performing in-house Marketing & Communications team.

This role is ideal for a digital content creator who thrives in multimedia production , from audio and video to photography and podcasting . The specialist will own the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from creative concept to production and distribution , while working collaboratively with key stakeholders and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of internal and external multimedia content , including videos , podcasts , photography , and audio assets
  • Manage podcast channel : coordinate scheduling, record, edit , and publish episodes using platforms such as Riverside and Zencastr
  • Produce high-quality video and photo content for digital marketing campaigns , social media , and live or remote events
  • Photograph key events and manage post-production editing for internal communications and brand collateral
  • Collaborate with creative team members and external vendors to align project vision, timelines, and brand standards
  • Develop and distribute email communications using platforms such as Concep or Litera to promote digital assets
  • Maintain multimedia asset libraries , organize content for reuse, and manage equipment and file storage systems
  • Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all visual and audio media
  • Support firm-wide photo editing needs
  • Analyze engagement data and audience insights to improve content strategies and inform future campaigns
  • Contribute to documentation of digital workflows , best practices , and production guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia production or digital marketing , preferably in a professional services or agency environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing and editing video , audio , photography , and motion graphics
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud , including Premiere Pro , After Effects , Photoshop , Illustrator , and InDesign
  • Familiarity with cloud-based creative tools like Canva , Adobe Express , and podcasting platforms such as Zencastr and Riverside
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Concep , Litera , Mailchimp )
  • Strong command of both Mac and PC platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of creativity , initiative , and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when needed
