Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to manage properties in the default process. The role involves reviewing and monitoring credit sources, customer applications, and delinquent accounts, as well as obtaining necessary information from financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain records on credit risks, delinquent accounts, and incomplete files.
• Send follow-up letters and accept payments on certain accounts.
• Analyze mortgagors’ financial positions to determine foreclosure alternatives.
• Provide objective financial analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Negotiate with mortgagors, real estate agents, attorneys, and vendors to minimize company losses.
• Counsel mortgagors on foreclosure avoidance options.
• Thoroughly document all actions taken.

Requirements:

• Must work on-site 100% (no remote option).
• Seeking a dependable candidate who can be in the office every day.
• Potential for extension or temp-to-perm based on workload.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency.
• Hands-on experience managing and monitoring the foreclosure process.
• 1+ years of mortgage banking and collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
