Job Description

Our client, a pharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant. This is a temporary opportunity and offers compensation of up to $40/hr., depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing high-level administrative support. Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meeting requests, ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for meetings and deadlines
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed, including handling correspondence and organizing files
  • Order lunches/handle board meetings when on site
