Our client, a top consumer plastics manufacturer, is looking for a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join their third shift team in Batavia, IL. If you’re hands-on, mechanically savvy, and ready to grow with a company that values its people — this is your move.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, run, and fine-tune injection molding machines.
• Perform mold changes, troubleshoot issues, and keep production flowing.
• Ensure parts meet top-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of injection molding experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and setup skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Bonus Points For:

• RJG Master Molder or similar training.
• Robotic handling experience.
