In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to create, prepare, and manage client-based graphic needs primarily using Adobe Illustrator. Your primary responsibilities will include prepress work and segmenting client-prepared concepts for production in our printing and router departments. This position requires a robust background in Adobe Illustrator. We are offering a full-time graphic designer position in the Cool Springs area of Nashville. Salary will be based on experience. Requirements for graphic designer: In-depth knowledge and application of Mac based Adobe's Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design. Robust background in Adobe Illustrator. Pre-press production experience preferred Sign or large format production experience CMS building and Wordpress a plus Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and self-manage multiple projects at a time. Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and fast turnaround. Can follow written directions, but thinks outside the box and asks questions. Creative thinking to understand all the pieces to the puzzle. Great personality and be able to get along with team with sense of humor. Ability to take constructive criticism and works with team to improve the process. Learn from mistakes. Microsoft Office knowledge a plus.
