Project Coordinator & Sales Administrator – Keep Our Fast-Moving Team Running Smoothly

Treadwell is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented coordinator to support our sales and operations teams with the tools and follow-through they need to move fast and deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Estimating Support

  • Manage and maintain the project bid invitation platform
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route as needed
  • Follow up on outgoing proposals and track responses
  • Compile sales data reports
  • Assist in preparing handoff documentation for new projects

Operations Support

  • Provide general admin support to the Operations Manager
  • Assist with project setup and documentation
  • Help prepare reports and maintain internal tools
  • Tackle ad hoc admin tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Mac-based systems
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience using BlueBeam PDF editor
  • Background in construction or a related industry
  • Familiarity with project bid platforms and estimating workflows
  • Experience supporting leadership teams or managing internal operations
