Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies
• Promote and enforce job site safety per national standards
• Lead project estimation and proposal development
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee execution to meet design specs, deadlines, and financial targets
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Coordinate internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless operations
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Drive proactive billing and consistent collections
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and project teams
• Assist leadership in forecasting labor and material needs
• Deliver detailed progress and financial reports to senior management
• Manage RFPs, scopes of work, and change orders
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Continuously seek personal and professional growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management for large-scale IT/Telecom infrastructure, especially Data Centers
• Hands-on knowledge of data center electrical systems, cabling, and white space fit-outs
