Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector/Tester to join their client's team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring that medical devices meet the highest standards of safety and functionality. The successful candidate will perform a range of technical tasks related to the inspection and testing of these devices.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility

The Technician performs technical tasks including but not limited to:

• Inspection and testing of medical devices, ensuring their safety and functionality.
• Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate the quality, performance, and safety of medical devices, documenting results
• Helps maintain manufacturing documentation (drawings, material specifications, inspection procedures, labels, and manufacturing instructions).
• Helps to develop, document, and execute test methods, protocols, and reports.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• At least 1 year of previous experience testing/inspecting medical devices (experience with catheter products preferred).
• Proficient in reading product specifications including drawings.

Proficient using rulers, micrometers, and calipers for use in inspecting dimensions of components.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details:

Max Pay is $28 per hour. Min Pay is $25 per hour.
