We are engineering breakthrough solutions and quietly leading a revolution in device performance that will reset the standard for the entire computing industry.

Frore Systems is looking for a Sr Reliability Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage and operate reliability infrastructure for product qualification tests
• Develop and implement reliability testing protocols, procedure for next generation products
• Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential issues and their impact on product reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of product failures to recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product designs for better reliability and manufacturability.
• Use reliability modeling techniques to predict the expected lifespan and failure rates of MEMS products
• Develop and maintain a reliability database to track failures, and performance data.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support customer specific reliability requirements and provide report

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering (or related field) or 4+ years industry experience in semiconductor/MEMS/ Reliability Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise with Reliability Engineering practices of FMEA, Environmental Testing, Weibull Analysis, Accelerated Testing etc. for new product introduction.
• Experience with managing and building environmental test labs and test infrastructure.
• Proven record in driving failure analysis and mitigation solutions.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis (JMP, MiniTab, R) is an asset.
