RETAIL PLANNER
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Retail Planner to drive forecasting, budgeting, and merchandise planning in close collaboration with Leadership. This role will lead complex ad hoc analyses, contribute to high-impact special projects, support the development of executive-facing presentations, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, allocation, replenishment, financial planning, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong retail math aptitude
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and interacting with all levels of management
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
• Capable of making sound decisions with limited information and synthesizing large data sets to guide strategic direction
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel proficiency: experience with Shopify and Sage Intacct is a plus
