Nyne Infotech is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager – AI/ML Architect to lead AI/ML initiatives across digital platforms in travel, financial services, and lifestyle industries.

You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle —from discovery and roadmap to 0→1 execution—working with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Marketing to deliver intelligent, scalable, and personalized experiences. Own roadmap, execution, and delivery of AI/ML-enabled features and models

What We’re Looking For

Senior Technical Product Manager – AI/ML Architect

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy for AI/ML-enabled platforms.
• Partner with Data Science to select, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for personalization, segmentation, and predictions.
• Translate business needs into ML requirements and influence model design, feature engineering, and performance optimization.
• Drive development of scalable backend and data services that power personalized customer experiences across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build data pipelines, enable model training/inference at scale, and implement experimentation frameworks.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions are integrated compliantly (GDPR, HIPAA) and meet standards around model governance and explainability.
• Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business value and influencing adoption across the enterprise.
• Participate in PI Planning and cross-functional Agile execution to ensure data and AI priorities align with business strategy.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML product development , technical product management, or data platform leadership.
• Proven experience evaluating and selecting ML models , defining model success metrics, and working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of the ML model lifecycle , data cleaning and transformation workflows, and how to integrate models into production.
• Hands-on ability to communicate ML logic and architecture—even better if you’ve built models (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Demonstrated success leading backend/data services for personalization , recommendation engines , or AI-powered features .
• Familiarity with tools like Vertex AI, SHAP/LIME, BigQuery, Snowflake, Mixpanel, Databricks, JIRA, Tableau, GitHub .
• Excellent cross-functional leadership—ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, compliance, and GTM teams.
• Excellent communication skills across Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams

Bonus: Experience in travel, fintech, or lifestyle platforms .

Understanding of PI Planning , Agile delivery , or leading Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) products.

Experience with backend infrastructure supporting personalization across mobile/web, voice, or customer service platforms.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)
