Job Description

A global, multi-billion $ turnover aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking an exceptional Site Director/ General Manager to join their team in New Hampshire.

This role is part of the company's succession planning strategy and the ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to foster growth, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation across the company's operations. The role offers clear progression routes with numerous opportunities for advancement within the multi-billion-dollar conglomerate

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Work with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and align with company goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve profitability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets (Full P & L) , forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across departments to meet organizational objectives.
• Facility & Safety Management: Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within high-tech or precision engineering sectors. Experience managing large-scale facilities is a must.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage diverse groups effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation: $220k - $260k (DOE) + bonuses and additional benefits

(Relocation package provided on a case by case basis)
