Structural Welder
· Pay: $23/hr
· Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

· Weld Test: 3G MIG and Flux Core, plus a tape measure test (must demonstrate proficiency in reading a tape measure)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team. This role requires expertise in welding setup, equipment operation, and defect repairs , ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to professionalism, punctuality, and excellence in workmanship .
Key Responsibilities
· Set up and operate welding equipment in accordance with job specifications.
· Perform 3G MIG and Flux Core welds while adhering to industry standards.
· Conduct quality inspections and eliminate scrap, rework, and downtime .
· Effectively repair defective products, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically acceptable finishes .
· Ensure all work is completed to specifications and within production deadlines .
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment , following all safety protocols .
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience in structural welding .
· Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately.
· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and correct welding defects .
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and maintaining high-quality workmanship .
