Our vision is to create a multicultural, multiethnic, multigenerational movement of God's people that work together for his glory and the good of the city and beyond. Our traditional outreach efforts are through sports, mentoring and leadership initiatives in West and South Dallas. We are excited to welcome a new avenue for young students to join us this year by attending our summer camp sessions.

About the Camp:

Mercy Street Dallas Summer Day Camp is an engaging, faith-based program designed for Kindergarten through 5th-grade students. • Behavior Management: Uphold camp rules and expectations, using positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with fellow counselors, volunteers, and camp leadership to ensure smooth transitions and a well-run daily schedule.
  • Field Trip Supervision: Assist in managing campers during off-site field trips, ensuring safety and engagement in learning experiences.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with camp leadership, reporting any concerns regarding camper behavior, safety, or program improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
