Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter , you will:
✅ Identify and engage top technical talent through various sourcing methods, including cold calling, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
✅ Maintain a structured and organized workflow , effectively managing candidate pipelines and recruitment tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
✅ Evaluate candidate profiles, matching their skills and experience to both immediate job openings and future hiring needs.
