We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates. The bilingual recruiter's responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to qualified skilled candidates, communicating with clients and applicants in both English and Spanish, interviewing and/or assessing clients and candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.
Pay: Competitive Salary DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30 AM-4:30 PM)
General Duties:
- Work with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job descriptions.
- Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of professional-level roles
- Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone, behavioral interviews, etc.)
-Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and nurture pipeline for key corporate positions; develop a pipeline of candidates and grow the candidate database.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Full Cycle Recruiting and experience working within the light industry staffing agency.
- Bilingual and Proficient in both English and Spanish language.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent phone and basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management to prioritize and multi-task.
- Full Cycle of vetting, interviewing, over the phone, and in-person.
- Knowledge of all social media platforms for sourcing purposes.
-You must have the ability to build positive and professional work relationships with both candidates and clients.
