Now Hiring: Associate Warehouse Technician (Full-Time) – Birmingham, AL

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Location: Birmingham, AL 35203 (In-person role)

Schedule: 8-hour day shift

Position Summary:

The Associate Warehouse Technician plays a vital role in the daily operations of our warehouse by ensuring medical equipment and supplies are received, cleaned, prepared, and organized according to company standards. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, cleaning, disinfecting, and testing medical equipment following health and company standards
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored
• Support equipment tracking and documentation using manual or digital systems
• Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols for handling equipment
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with minor repairs and general organization
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds frequently and up to 170 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours and sit for limited durations (up to 1 hour) during an 8-hour shift

• Must be able to reliably commute to Birmingham, AL 35203
