We specialize in family law and are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the firm.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is designed for someone who brings legal intake experience and outstanding communication skills. You’ll help guide prospective clients with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intake calls in English (and Spanish if knowledgeable)
• Accurately collect and document client information using CRM and case management systems
• Evaluate prospective clients’ needs and determine appropriate next steps
• Schedule consultations and manage follow-up communications
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and speaking in fluent Spanish is a plus
• Must be located in Central or South America, Philippines, etc
• Prior law firm experience is required
• Experience with Lawmatics and Clio is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
