Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial litigation matters from pre-trial through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
• Conduct complex legal research and prepare detailed memoranda
• Handle discovery, depositions, and client strategy meetings
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Assist trial teams with preparation and execution
• Liaise directly with clients and senior attorneys on case strategy

Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission and good standing with the New York State Bar
• Familiarity with both NY State and federal court procedures
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
