Regulatory Analyst
High-growth oil & gas company focused on exploration and production. We are currently seeking a Regulatory Analyst to prepare monthly oil and gas sales invoices and monthly Revenue accruals through closing. Process, file, and pay all state and federal royalties and amendments. Process, file, and pay all state severance taxes and amendments. Prepare monthly account reconciliations for state and federal royalties and severance tax accounts.
Responsibilities of the Regulatory Analyst
The Regulatory Accountant's key focus includes revenue accounting. Prepare monthly production allocations for oil and gas well level valuations. Prepare monthly oil and gas sales invoices and monthly Revenue accruals through closing. Multi properties. Process, file, and pay all state and federal royalties and state severance taxes. Prepare monthly account reconciliations for state and federal royalties and severance tax accounts.
Requirements of the Regulatory Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of revenue accounting and compliance, with state severance tax and federal royalty reporting experience.
