Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Industrial Store Manager to oversee both day-to-day operations and production staff for our custom product lines. This role combines leadership, sales, and production coordination, and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the industrial store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Supervise and schedule production staff responsible for custom product manufacturing
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and on-time order fulfillment
• Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Monitor store performance, staffing needs, and production workflow
• Report key metrics and manage budgets in collaboration with upper management

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a production or retail team in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage custom orders and meet production timelines
• Customer service and sales experience required
• Proficiency in inventory systems and point-of-sale platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
